I’ve had a really positive experience at 830 Victoria apartments . The property is modern, clean, and well-managed. The staff is friendly and welcoming—from the concierge to the leasing team, everyone has been great. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the community amenities are excellent. The location is also incredibly convenient with plenty to do nearby all the free ways are closed by . Very happy to be here! And live here

Was given apartment without lease. I paid $695. Then when asked for the lease it was $625. My place got broken in on the 29th and the 8th. I reported it to the police and nothing is being done about it. I want my money $300 plus the money I have paid. I will also be suing this property. Unsafe, dirty and underhanded.
