Vibrant Property Management

I scheduled a tour one week in advance, but the property manager didn’t show up. I sent messages the day before and again on the scheduled day but received no response. When I called the office, I was told the responsible property manager would contact me to reschedule, but no one followed up even after several hours. Very irresponsible way to treat a potential resident.

Upon moving out of my unit, I was assured their would be a walk through to determine the amount of my deposit I would receive back. This was on January 30th. I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times and haven't received anything back. I am frustrated they are holding $900 with no follow-up or word as to when I will receive my deposit back. Please do not rent from this company - they have major communication issues.

These guys are the absolute best! They go out of their way to make sure I am happy AND safe. Just the best PM I have ever dealt with.

I have been very happy with everything that they have done to help me move forward. Great experience across the board. I am thankful to have the opportunity to have the space that they have helped me to find.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived! Staff is very communicative and professional. They fix any problems with the property immediately and completely.
