Vibe Apartments

These apartments are terrible. HVAC systems are ancient and break down in the middle of summer and winter. Floors and windows are thin, you'll hear EVERYTHING! Sewage backups all the time. Parking at your own risk, alley way is in poor condition and never any spots available. Lots unwanted foot traffic, looting, etc. Make sure you speak some spanish otherwise you'll be left in the dark with this management company, they barely speak English. (To the owner: Keep your copy and paste generic reply because you do not work hard to improve and provide service. You only put Band-Aids on situations. Where's all the rent money going, it's not going back into the property that's for sure.)

I was ready to apply for an apartment here, but my experience with one of the managers, Lulu, completely changed my mind. She was polite over the phone, but when I visited in person, her tone turned harsh. She talked over me, barely let me ask questions, and when I had to repeat a question to understand her, she began raising her voice. I left feeling humiliated. What hurt more was seeing her treat another woman from her own ethnicity kindly, while I was met with impatience and disrespect. Later, when I called for more information, she cut me off and hung up. If this is how they treat someone before even applying, I can only imagine how they treat tenants. No one deserves to feel belittled when looking for a home. I lived at vibe for 2 years, this was me and my boyfriends’ first apartment together. It wasn’t bad, the people at the office were always on top of things but the highlight for me is the maintenance. They ALWAYS came to fix anything, the same day and if it was something big, they never went past a week to fix it. So shout out to them for always being available. Although you’re in a busy street, once you turn into the complex it’s actually quiet, apart from the planes and sirens. Everyone kept to themselves and we never had issue with neighbors. The apartment itself was actually cool as well. We lived upstairs and the only bug issue we had were scorpions, my bf got stung twice, my dog and my niece. If I can give this place a zero star I would Westcorp needs to investigate the manager at this property . Maintenance guys are one the best I have dealt with but the property manager needs to replace she discriminates on who can keep pets and will evict you , she lets people rent a 1 bedroom with two families living in it , evicts families but is willing to keep the trouble makers on property , I recommend not to rent from this place , she has a zero pet policy but will let certain people get away with it while she evicts others that cause no issue, one whole year she let the extinguishers go without service under NFPA regulations it has to be done . Erica is the best leasing agent we have ever dealt with. Me and my family appreciate her patience and understanding. Always has a great welcoming attitude as we walk into the nice leasing office were it is nicely furnished to wait and be helped by a leasing agent.
