Via Oxnard

I recently moved into Via Oxnard Apartments and was surprised by the utility billing. The first month my trash fee was about $20, but the second month it jumped to almost $70. I later learned that all tenants share the same dumpsters, and the cost is divided using a formula based on occupancy and square footage. This was never explained to me before moving in, so the bill felt like a shock. I think management should be more transparent about how utilities are calculated so residents aren’t caught off guard

I’ve lived in Via Oxnard apartments for three years know and it’s been great. We have very friendly management. The staff is bilingual so it’s very easy to communicate. Via Oxnard is also pet friendly and safe since it’s a gated residential.

I scheduled a tour with via oxnard and the team was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit difficult to find when I arrived, but overall the experience was positive. I’m still very interested in moving forward.

if we had known how bad this place was from the beginning we would not have moved here. the place is cockroach infested. they always come in to “inspect” but never actually fix anything. the rooms are mold infested, when i say its bad, its really bad. the parking situation is bad. you cant even find parking,only if its far. theres always kids outside unsupervised, screaming and doing things they aren’t supposed to. i don’t recommend living here.

nice apartments, amazing managers, great community within the apartments!
