If I could give a 0 star review I would. The HOA is very restrictive and fines anyone for a ring doorbell or even hanging a towel or decorations outside. Parking is a nightmare because they say everyone needs to park their vehicles in their garage even though there is only room for 2 smaller vehicles. We live in a multi vehicle residence and our third vehicle is a truck that won't even fit in the garage so it has to be parked outside. They told us all the spots outside are for visitors only and that we needed a pass to park outside. Even then our visitors still received parking violations for parking in the "Visitor Parking" and when we asked for a pass for our truck they said they have no more. There is always plenty of parking space outside so I don't understand where all the fuss is. Th

They tow your car without allowing for a permit even they suggest getting one they deny it. They don't notify you where they towed the car to or that they were even going to tow it in the first place. Everyone's numbers for the HOA go straight to voicemail and no one can be contacted. Now without transportation. Very ironic since on google the only highlight says "on site parking". What a joke.

Lived here for the past 5 years and honestly it's a really nice place to live the neighbors are friendly and it's located in a good area near the best department stores,the mall, freeway ect. But.... the HOA is a nightmare and ridiculously expensive constantly raising the price and they have the most ridiculous rules ever like getting a fined $200.00for having a ring doorbell, You can't hang up many decorations or they fine you, If you're parked outside of your garage like we were just last week because we are moving and loading boxes in our truck they will tow your vehicle away, you can't park in guest parking overnight or they tow you away if you want an honest opinion I would look elsewhere to live this place isn't worth it.

HOA is a nightmare. Been cited for a doorbell camera we don't even have. Nearly towed twice for parking outside of the garage to unload groceries. Literally had to run outside and yell at the driver of the tow truck as my car was still running in park. Had to replace our entire AC unit because it was one inch above the fence line . They installed a new fence then decided that needed to be replaced as well. Once the new AC was installed, it was too small for the unit and broke four times thru the summer trying to keep up with the heat. Stupid HOA can't get it together to save their lives and cost anyone living here an absolute fortune for things that no one else would ever notice or give a damn about.

Pros: close to Costco/202/I-10 no street traffic and no school zones👌 Cons: Two vehicles? They might fit in the garage but then a storage unit is needed, unless you own it to install storage racks. Loos are like a sad place to raise a kid, they are always trying to find a place to play. Not much Christmas decor is able to be put out either. They will tow your vehicle overnight- google the residential handbook, their website doesn't even exist!
