VIA 57 West Apartments

Terrific experience living in this building for the last 5 years. The Durst management and staff are helpful, attentive and caring. The team does a great job of maintaining the building, units and creating a real community of long term residents. Amenities are also great and provide a lot of value especially for my young family. Really happy to call this place home!

We looked at 25 units in person across our apartment search, and choosing VIA 57 was the best decision! The units feel more spacious than many other buildings we saw, thanks to the large bathrooms, plentiful closet space with built-in shelves (the walk-in closet was a huge selling point), floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-quality appliances (particularly the full-size oven and gas stove). We really appreciate Paris’ help from the leasing office, as she went above and beyond into making sure all our questions were answered, from before our tour to after we signed (she went out of her way to make sure we ended up in the right unit out of everything we were considering). Thank you for helping us feel at home from the start!

From start to finish, Paris made the leasing process and tour such a delight! She went the extra mile to make sure not only I felt welcome in the building, but when it came time to discuss the lease, she went above and beyond to make it work for me to end up signing with the building. So excited to be a resident!

Just moved in and love the building. Great amenities and great location. Kaitlyn and the leasing team were super helpful during the showings and were very responsive and available for any questions I had. If you’re interested in the building definitely check it out.

Nice place. Affordable, and clean. It is on 57th street which is just ok. Compared to Waterline, 101 West End Ave, and 21 West End Ave, it’s a step below. Most importantly, it is not dog friendly. Actually broke all the ADA rules. The application the leasing agent sent me had me wondering if it was the dog leasing the place or me. It was ridiculous. Not for me.
