Via 21

Via 21 has been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in! Ever since the very first day we stepped into the leasing office and Yvonne welcomed us with a sweet smile we knew it be the right place for us. Yvonne was helping one of her tenants and the way she was so attentive to her made us feel at home. When it came to our turn she was beyond helpful. Yvonne gifted us with a great leasing office experience and one that I’ll never forget. Thank you Yvonne for the hospitality!

The moment we walked into the leasing office Yvonne was very welcome and very helpful. She did not hesitate to help us with all the questions we had. She offered cold water or coffee and the leasing office was very clean. After being approved she immediately had maintenance make sure our apartment would be ready in a timely matter since we needed it sooner than later. I’ll definitely be wanting to live here for a while. Thank Yvonne for everything you do!

Be warned about the reviews of this place - lots of accounts praising the property managers are accounts with very little activity and posting positive reviews for multiple apartment complexes to try to hide bad reviews. Very dirty stuff. These apartments are not well maintained and the entire complex has a gigantic bug issue. Safety also isn’t prioritized with lots of car break-ins and trespassers. It used to be a great place to live before it was bought from PB Bell a few years ago. And unfortunately, as you can see from all the fake reviews, the new company only cares about money and squeezing tenants out of every dollar with a smile on their face as they do it, without improving the quality of living for paying tenants. Do better and please find a soul, Yvonne.

Since the first day of walking in the leasing office it felt like home immediately. Yvonne has a warm hearted and friendly energy and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Yvonne was super helpful and professional. She helped us with any questions or concerns we had and was eager to help. Honestly my best experience with a property manager that actually cared. I'm an apartment locator with Valley King Properties. Via 21 is very nice Apartment Complex. Grounds are clean and well kept. The 1 and 2 bedrooms here are very spacious and elegant. Every customer I have brought to via 21 has yet to show disappointment. Yvonne, the Manager has been doing an amazing job managing this property. She is always pleasurable and eager to tour my customers at her amazing community. I feel very comfortable referring future tenants to her, as she makes sure to thoroughly satisfy all questions, concerns and even assist with the application process, assuring all is done correctly.
