Ive lived here for 13 years and seen 4 companys. This is the first ive seen give new renovations. When I moved in there wasnt even a microwave. The office only has 1 person which is the property manager jessica and she is great, I was concerned about certain upgrades and she was able to rest my nerves assure. I see some of these reviews and you can tell the miserable people in the communuty im glad they arent my neighbors. The outside of the buildings have better lighting and the color of the buildings are better than that yellow color. Maintenance is great in December we lost heat and just like all apartments stuff has a limit. He addressed my call immediately and worked hard to.get us up and running. As a long standing resident I am happy for this new company you can see the clean upgrad

This leasing company and property manager do NOT care about residents. All they do is cause problems for us all. Don't move here unless you want to feel unimportant. ETA they are responding to every review they don't like by saying the reviewer "isn't a resident" trying to discredit the reviews. If I am not a resident, how would I know that the office has been closed for the past week due to "electric technicalities"?

Do not waste your money renting here. If you are sensitive to smells expecially weed. Don’t live here. But if you like weed and want easy access to it. This is the place for you. You can smell it every hour of the day thanks to this awesome community.

I've lived here for 3 years now. This Place has gone downhill. Leasing office is nonresponsive. They are more concerned about doing unnecessary maintenance to the appearance of the neighborhood than the actual residents. Since the company switched over, I noticed trash days delayed leading to rodents.

The maintenance request was closed as “resolved,” despite the fact that no repairs were completed. I was only advised that the issue would be addressed during future renovations, with no timeline provided. To date, no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
