We are so excited to be living at Vestara 72! After several months of searching for the perfect home, we toured the community a couple of times and quickly knew it was the right fit for us. Lynsee is incredibly knowledgeable and truly knows her stuff—she answered every single question with ease (and we had a lot!). We really appreciated how confident, patient, and helpful she was throughout the entire process. The application process was seamless, and both Lynsee and Martha made this such an easy and stress-free decision for us. We truly look forward to calling Vestara 72 home for the foreseeable future. I had a great experience with Vestara 72. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were always able to answer any questions I had. The location in Papillion is extremely convenient—having a shopping center right next door is a huge plus, and it’s even better that it’s still within the PLCS boundary lines. Lynsee truly went above and beyond my expectations as a property manager. Martha was just as helpful! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. I highly recommend Vestara 72 if you’re looking for your next home!

Vestara 72 has been the worse and most disappointing living experience I’ve ever had!!! For 14 months I gave my hard earned money (basically a mortgage) to this place on time each month, and what I got in return was neighbors whom constantly caused disruptive noises which ultimately played a huge role in me breaking my lease. The disruptive noise took a toll on my sleep, mental health, and me being able to enjoy my living space. I went to management numerous times about the noise issue, talked with one of the neighbors, and unfortunately nothing changed. I even had to call the police one night because the noise was so bad. I found the police officers to be more helpful than management. Management was horrible when it came to communication regarding the process of terminating my lease. I

Avoid This Complex – A Truly Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against renting at this complex due to ongoing management issues, substandard living conditions, and unfair business practices. Despite being marketed as a “luxury” community, the reality is far from it. The construction is of poor quality, with thin walls that allow noise to travel easily between units. The appliances are low-grade and frequently malfunction, leading to repeated issues with hot water, water pressure, cracked countertops, peeling cabinet paint, and a poorly maintained washer and dryer. Additionally, the unit was not adequately cleaned prior to my move-in. The property has a persistent issue with mice and ants throughout the units. Vestara 72 has been our home for the past year and a half. We love it here! Lynsee was the agent that worked with placing us in the best unit when the property opened. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was as expected and to make sure our transition was a smooth one! She was helpful and knowledgeable about everything that we had questions about as well. Lynsee also made sure to find out information on any additional questions that we had. I think the first thing that I was the most pleasantly surprised at was the quiet unit! There is a lot of insulation and the way that it is built minimizes hearing noise from the surrounding units. The design is gorgeous: modern interiors, neutral color scheme, durable carpet, upgraded kitchen tile/appliances. Everything is so new
