Stephan was amazing! He was patient helpful and kept my spirits up throughout my entire move in process I felt safe & my apartment was spotless no signs of bugs or anything. The tub and entire space were super clean. Highly recommend!

Was living there for 4 years we didn’t have AC for the first two weeks but we made it work because there were no other complaints and we didnt have kids at the time. Fast foward to this year, car got stolen (no security was on the property) gate was wide open so no sense of protection. Then i didnt have AC for one month with a newborn baby and 1 year old during the summer. House temp was 84+ inside. We even borrowed my dad’s portable ac plus the one they provided and the house was still in the 80s. I had to keep calling and going down to the office where they gave us the run around consistently. We were promised that something will either A) be taken off the rent B) fees will be waved if we wanted to break our lease. They failed to do neither option and they also denied the request when th

I have lived here now for 5yrs and never had an issue until now. The resident that just moved above me is letting their dog piss off the balcony. It comes straight down my balcony and if my balcony door is open it splash thru the screen.

The whole process was a breeze. Robert was a great leasing agent. He communicated with me every step of the way. April was great as well. She made move in day a breeze. Thank you guys for making this a wonderful experience.!
