Vesta hired a newly formed LLCs with a single member who is a partner of an employee or employee to do maintenance. I can only hope that Vesta doesn’t then charge our building owner for all the many multiple visits and repairs (we’re at seven months and have had over two dozen 24 hour notices of entry). Vesta leaves at least this tenant with repairs falling apart after less than two hours (photo). Many other repairs took months to complete. I have been working with Vesta for the last 7 years on the management of my family home in the Sunset. My Tenants have reported a positive experience with them and they're responsive, professional, and always keep the property in excellent condition. Communication is clear, and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Highly recommend their services!

I would highly advise against using Vesta Property Management. My experience with this company was nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately disappointing. First, Vesta strongly pressured me into paying for a complete repaint of the unit, a cost I was reluctant to cover as much of the unit was in good condition. When I visited the property to remove some personal items, I discovered that significant parts of the contracted work hadn’t been completed at all such as the entire kitchen. I raised this issue with them, but instead of rectifying the situation, they had me work directly with the painter and meet him on site. Vesta started managing a property that I live in a few months ago and everything has started going downhill at this unit. It's so difficult to get any immediate assistant if an emergency comes up, and it's very impersonal. No one from Vesta knows the apartment or the tenants and it's been very frustrating. I've lived in my unit for almost 3 years with my previous landlord being great and responsive. Since Vesta took over, the maintenance and the experience of living here has been very disappointing. It's making me strongly consider moving even though I really used to love living here.

The team at Vesta is awesome, they are super responsive and friendly, they really support us as tenants at the property, going the extra steps to make sure the common areas are clean and the tenant website is super helpful in letting them know about anything that needs attention at the property. I rarely endorse businesses, but they are really great at what they do!
