Lo Robinson has been absolutely wonderful to work with at the Verve Apartments! She made the move-in process easy and stress-free. Lo has consistently been pleasant, professional, communicative and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents (and parents) have a great experience. The apartment is really cute too.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review, but I have to be honest. VERVE is a great place to live until problems start that directly affect you. I have roommates who do not care about lease agreements. They have smoked weed inside the apartment, kept a cat in their small bedroom, and so much more. Also, there're so many people who don't pay for parking and are parked in the garage-taking up staff, retail, and other residents' parking spaces. Management didn't check up on problems, and if they did they didn't let you know until you bring it up again. because, it keeps on happening. When it came to smoking inside the apartment, they only left a warning note. My roommates ignored it and continued smoking, which I have already expressed to management. Ashley and May are seriously the best. No matter what kind of day I’ve had, walking in and seeing them instantly makes it better. They’re always so welcoming, so kind, and just easy to talk to. It honestly feels like coming home to friends instead of just walking past a front desk. The Verve wouldn’t feel the same without them.

Love living here. Jonathan is super nice, love him always on top of it! Very accommodating, good location being right next to campus and on high street. The amenities included are great as well.

Verve Columbus has truly superseded my roommates and I’s expectations. We were so confident in signing with Verve but once we moved in everything fell into place. The team made the move in process extremely smooth and efficient for all of us. Our space was clean and ready for us to move in once we got onto the property. Not only that but the team still made above and beyond efforts for my roommates and I after we moved in, showcasing their dedication to keeping their residents safe and happy. I’m truly so happy about my experience with Verve Columbus so far, I can’t wait for an amazing year with them!
