Vert at Six Forks

I find living at the Vert very satisfying. The staff have always presented as very friendly and are willing to be helpful. At one point my apartment had big problems. They bent over backwards to make it right. I have never seen a staff who worked any harder to get it right. The other residences are friendly. I have developed a sense of community with those around me. We watch out for each other.

Hi! I recently moved in from FL, and Antoinette has been very kind and made the move go very smoothly. I had called about something regarding the toilet and they sent Brian whom fixed it fairly quickly within the hour. I will say it's been a nice move, I reccommend!

I have lived here for about 6 months and for the most part have not had many issues. Brian and the rest of the maintenance crew are great at fixing things and installed a new AC unit that makes this place much better/safer. I will say the units themselves have some wear and tear and need some more updating but overall great experience so far. I will update after 12 months.

We have lived here for 4 years and love it! The office staff are nice and very caring, and really do go above and beyond to make our community safe and beautiful! Maintenance is always on top of issues that may occur and are some of the best I’ve seen! We are grateful to be living here.

I moved in one month ago and what makes me choose this place to live was Antoinette. She was really sweet and kind showing me the place. It’s been a good place to live so far.
