Verso Luxury Apartments

It has almost been a year that I’ve lived here. I have held back my review to give myself time to experience Verso. With that being said, I think now is a great time to give my honest opinion. The staff is always accommodating. If I have any issues with something in my unit, someone always gets back to me that day with a solution. Thank you to Miss Dwajuana, Miss Keila, Miss Stephanie, Mr. Isidro, Mr. Miguel, & both Mr. Carlos. I’m glad to be a part of this community with this amazing team! Thank you guys!

We just moved into this amazing community and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is brand new, clean, and well-maintained — and the pool is absolutely wonderful! A special thanks to Keila Muñoz, who has been incredible from the very beginning. She’s kind, professional, and made our move as smooth as possible. Thank you so much, Keila — may God bless you always. Such an amazing place to live

***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** Verso was hands down the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We had our neighbors apartment flooding into ours on 3 separate occasions, the bottom cabinets were broken so the drawers would lay crooked, AC broke twice, and the dishwasher was broken when we moved in (dishwasher was then installed terribly) all within the first 3 MONTHS of living here. We had flooding at 1am and called the emergency line twice and finally heard back but maintenance said he doesn’t live on site so he wouldn’t come till early in the morning due to the distance. When we moved in the unit was so gross and dirty with yellow stains on everything (top of cabinets/blinds) and what we assume was spaghetti sauce under cabinets. Beautiful property. Verso was home for 30 months and I enjoyed very minute. I had a one bedroom upstairs apartment but it felt more like a townhouse than an apartment. The leasing office staff were wonderful, both the original staff Karen and Alexandria and then the new office manager Stephanie and the awesome Diana. So helpful. The maintenance staff were helpful too. Close to Publix, lots of eating places, gas, car wash , you name it, it was close by. Most within walking distance. Only downside was the new nearby construction and road works, which started to create lots of traffic. Once that is finished, any commute will hopefully get better. Fortunately, I worked from home. The property is beautiful and gives you an immediate “warm” feeling when going on to the property! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the new manager is responsive and truly cares about helping the residents and making this a great place to call home. They do have luxury amenities including a real nice pool to layout at and a good gym that you can get a great workout in without having to go to an commercial gym! The apartments are really big and have great layouts and the property is really clean too, which we appreciate. Definitely recommend if looking for an apartment in the area!
