Imagine this happens at 5am/2am/7am every other day! If you don’t want you or your family members (babies and pets included) to go deaf, don’t pick here. They are charging premium rates yet do nothing to guarantee the bare minimum. It’s almost a safety hazard! Fire departments cited report but they still can’t do anything as it’s a management failure. residents had to seek legal action and local media reporting for attention.

One fire alarm was triggered at around 5:00 am on October 23 2025. Our apartment was to load to sleep for at least over half hour. I called the only service number and asked what happened and how long the alarm could stop? He didn’t really answer me, instead he gave me an attitude and said “the shorter the call, the faster the maintenance”. Another fire alarm was triggered at about 1:50 am on October 20 2025 Monday. Recently another two fire alarms were triggered on the same night although I forget the particular date now. 😓It’s not uncommon that the fire alarms at Verona were triggered at midnight on weekdays and that the alarm couldn’t stop over half hour. If the administration office could see and care my review, could you please at least tell us what happened after the triggered fire a

I’ve noticed several ongoing issues within the community. Having lived here for over a year, it’s concerning that many of these problems remain unresolved despite being repeatedly reported to resident services. One of the most persistent issues is the frequent activation of the fire alarms across the entire complex. The alarms are excessively loud, posing potential harm to infants and pets, yet no effective measures have been taken to address or prevent these recurring disturbances. Also if you have parked your car/bike in the garage, the stuff might get stolen, i’ve lost some of my stuff that too in the parking garage which is supposed to be secure. Also there are no cctv’s in the hallways, garage or any area. They are only present on the first floor infront of the lift. Packages get stol

Just got jolted awake at 5am by yet another false fire alarm — blaring for 30 minutes straight. My heart is still pounding. This is the third time in one week we’ve been woken up in the middle of the night for absolutely no reason. Every single time, it’s a false alarm. This building has serious issues with its fire alarm system, and the management does NOTHING to fix it. They keep pretending it’s fine while residents are losing sleep and peace of mind. The fire department has even cited them for fire alarm violations, and still — no change. At this point, Crescent Village Verona isn’t an apartment — it’s a sleep-deprivation experiment. If you value your health, sanity, or even basic peace and quiet, run. Don’t walk — run.

Resident of Verona for the past couple of years. The fire alarm situation offlate here has been crazy. As mentioned by others please be mentally prepared to sleep with noise cancelling earbuds nearby. The situation has gotten so out of hand that, even incase of a real fire situation, folks would not step out anymore, because we wouldn't know if it's a false trigger of the alarm. The communication/response from the leasing office has been next to none regarding this issue. There is no explanation of why this is happening and what is the solution. Also, be prepared to move your car from the garage with 2-3 day notice as they decide to clean the garage abruptly with little to no notice.
