Vernon Garden Apartments

I have lived here since 2022, and the experience has been incredible. Pietr, the property manager, is very respectful and fair - he was super helpful to me when signing my lease. The apartment is overall very nice - I had moved into a recently renovated unit - and have had zero issues requiring maintenance in the time I've been here. I really appreciate the efforts to maintain the area around each unit by Pietr and the rest of the staff, parking lots are kept clear during snow, and routine cleaning of common areas occur. Living at Vernon Gardens has been a great choice, one that eased my stress during graduate school. I would recommend this living space to anyone!

My wife and I lived at Vernon Gardens for the past three years and we had a wonderful experience here! Our landlord Pete does an excellent job keeping the buildings and property looking updated and secure. He is also incredibly nice and understanding and you can go to him with any issues you have regarding the property, your unit, or other tenants. Whenever we needed maintenance done, response was fast and efficient. We have two dogs, and the complex is very dog friendly, even though you have to keep your fur babies on leash at all times. You can do laps around the complex or take them through trails near the river, and there are multiple poop bag stations around for clean up. Vernon Gardens has been a great and safe place to live for us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking
