He even helped us locate electricians who came in and rewired the 1930s home while under COVID lockdown. We highly recommend him!

Working with Brice was a terrible experience. We were the buyers and he refused to talk with us or when he did he would tell us we did it wrong by choosing our own inspectors. He was rushing us on everything telling us we had to do this or this by the end of the day. Always felt like he was forcing our hand, not a good feeling when spending that much money.

Every "employee" on his website is a stock photo pulled from the internet. You can reverse search the image address and see he spent 5 minutes on google looking for professional looking photos. If you try to click any Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn link for his "team" you are rerouted to the main page. This guy is a fraud and a scammer. Please do not consider this poor excuse for a realtor.

I signed a listing agreement with Mr. Semrad earlier this year to sell my property. He had no suggestions on things to do to make it sell, except to fix a loose tile in the entry. He was very quick to reply when I contacted him on Zillow to sell my property, but as soon as the listing paperwork was signed, his desire and sense of duty to communicate timely and sufficiently took a nose dive. I did the work to find him a cache of photos, since it was clear his plan was to use a cell phone to take photos at a later date. Even at that, he posted the exact photos from the photobucket stream I told him NOT to use (old paint color and old original ceiling fan).
