Veritas at East Cobb Apartments

The staff is very friendly I came and did a tour. I love the property how clean it is. It’s very quiet out there the apartment that they showed me was renovated Very clean and it didn’t have an odor like some apartments do when showing a unit. The apartment is affordable. It was very clean very open very spacious and it also has a sunroom which that’s one of the things I was looking for.. I mean, I liked everything about it. They also are good at explaining their policy and procedures and how everything goes as far as renting with them I think this will be my New Home. I really liked the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Lesley has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire move-in process. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. Her communication is always clear, timely, and thoughtful, which made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values the people she’s helping. Lesley is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done for us.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Marcus brown and treyvonn brown for all of there hard work and dedication over the short amount of time that have been here to make this property better . These two are very efficient and responds quickly . The property is clean and very maintained. They are friendly and really take care of there residents we appreciate everything that you guys do here at veritas!

Marcus and Trayvon Brown are exceptional! They’re a dynamic duo I wish we had a long time ago. Their attitude is superb and their maintenance abilities is top tier. Keep up the GREAT work guys!
