Veri Vancouver Apartments

First off, I want to say that The Property Manager Alyssa is amazing and thoughtful about the tenants. So far, the maintenance has been absolutely outstanding. They are on top of their jobs and they are extremely friendly as well. Our apartment is spacious with a great layout. I really love our outdoor patio. If anyone is looking for a welcoming Community, this is the place to rent from.

Absolutely the WORST place EVER to live!! My friends are being harassed by their neighbors yet manager Alyssa is doing nothing to help, and has consistently avoided my friend instead of doing her job. Do NOT move here there are so many better places this place only cares about money. And there's so many hidden fees as well as the fact that they randomly added a few fees that after speaking to my lawyer we were told that the fees they tried adding were done illegally. *Called as told to in your ridiculous response, still waiting for your call back 🙄🙄**

It's a cool place but one thing I DO NOT APPRECIATE is those 3 boys ( brothers btw)who got off the bus saying the hard r over and over like it's a joke? Like who wants to hear that from their bedroom window???? If I hear that again i won't be so nice =) 🖤

The apartments and landscape are very well maintained they do an amazing job at keeping the complex looking good. Alyssa in the office is very helpful and professional. This place is amazing I'll make this place your first choice

We had been living there for 4 years, personal reason had to move out. Sadly said goodbye to some great neighbors and the best leasing manager ever! Manager Alyssa is very good at balance the management’s requirements and the residents’ need, a very honest person and very friendly. The maintanace manager Anthony is always very friendly and helpful too! We will miss the bigs trees around too, it is beautiful when fall comes. Not so many new apartment complex keep the big trees anymore, it is very sad. The apartment’s location is very convenient, the bookstore and Target are all walkable, WinCo is about 3 mins away. It did get loud on the main street at night, that is the only downside we didn’t like while living there. We raised our child there since he is born, it is a special place for us
