My stepdaughter lives here and here is the total review she's given me and my wife. 1) These apartments are DIRTY. Nothing was cleaned or painted or redone before a new tenant moves in. 2) This apartment is CHEAP. The walls are cracked, the floors are falling apart, the ceilings are cracking and caving. No concrete in between floors so you can hear everything upstairs. Why am I paying 800 for my daughter to live in "crack house" conditions? 3) She has complained MULTIPLE times to the front office about her upstairs neighbors noise. I've physically watched glasses fall out of her cabinets from her loud upstairs neighbors. She has even sent in video proof to them. Nothing has happened. She suffers from chronic migraines and has gotten 4 ear infections from wearing earbuds constantly, my cred

Tiana at The Verge was awesome to deal with in my customer service experience with her! She is the epitome of professionalism. She made sure my questions were answered and called me back on several occasions to give me updates on resolution of my issue. She courteous, friendly, and The Verge is lucky to have her on staff!

Wish I could leave less than 1 star but since I can’t I’d like to stop anyone else from having to compliment them with a 1 star review. Completely unorganized mess of a complex with lack of urgency and communication. They gave me only a verbal notice of when I need to vacate after deciding I wouldn’t stay here anymore (the rent is ridiculously priced for a worn down war torn room with a common living space) but right after decided they wanted to kick me out far earlier leaving me with no place to go. As a student, which is the community they are attempting to build up now, it is unacceptable how predatory they act by taking your funds and leaving your back against a wall if you don’t put up with their unprofessionalism. Great place to live. The management team is friendly, responsive and takes care of everything promptly. The rent is very reasonable compared to other places in the area, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality and affordability.

Since the new management took over, this place has gone drastically downhill. However if you like monthly payment fees (yes they charge you a fee to accept your payment), monthly credit reporting fees, monthly liability waiver fees, monthly billing fees (yes they charge you a fee to bill you), monthly resident electric "overages", and being fined for any small thing they deem within their power to do so, this place could be for you! My daughter was in a car accident, totaled her car, was unable to access it afterwards and they charged her $50 dollars for a new parking sticker. Then acted as if we should be grateful as the first sticker was "free". We will not be renewing the lease, I dread to see what charges they will try levy when we do so.
