🎉 Goal Achieved & Feeling SO Loved! Moving was my biggest goal, and “JAY” absolutely crushed it! He handled every little stress and obstacle with such genuine care and concern—it made the whole process feel easy! From the moment I stepped into the office, I was so excited. The community is gorgeous, the lobby is pristine, and that 24-Hour Gym? Say less! My unit is perfection, and Jay even snagged me a balcony with a city view! 😍 Best decision ever! Thank you, Jay, Malik, and VERGE, for the incredible welcome!

Please do not rent here! I came to visit a friend and first of all she hates it here. The property upkeep is filthy! Believe the reviews about trash continuing to pile up ESPECIALLY ON weekends. Don’t even have guests over on weekends because this is embarrassing and filthy! She already can’t wait to move next year and that’s crazy!!!

I just move from this nasty complex, and couldn’t be happier. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had renting an apartment. A lot of tenants are dirty. Don’t pick up after themselves and just nasty. I’m almost certain there are some hoarding situations happening because of the smell is coming from the apartments and hallways. I have seen roaches everywhere, and it just doesn’t seem like it’s a big deal to the staff. Just walking through the common areas, you’ll see the lack of care the dirty carpets the dirty stairwells. All of the one star review reviews are true I’m telling you the five star reviews are from people who don’t live there and who have only toured. Move somewhere else. There are plenty of other options in Atlanta.

Abby and Tabitha were great. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during a stressful time that comes with moving. The apartment was beautiful and very clean when I came in for a viewing.

I had an amazing experience ! From start to finish Jay was attentive and knowledgeable, helping me through the application process right through move in. He was able to answer my many questions and worked with an amazing team such as Malik that also made sure I was squared away.
