Lived here a little over two years. The complex recently got a new manager. Joe seems to actually care about the place and the people that live here. Which is more than I can say for the previous manager. Tina has been very responsive to the small maintenance issues I’ve had, and handles the work in a professional manner.
Very great place to live manager is nice the people’s nice When I moved in My apartment very clean and the neighbors very friendly
basing my rating on online only there are no photos of the complex which I think that's important when someone's trying to look at them and no genuine website for the apartments to look at floor plans and look at new mission statements for the new owners I live in Tucson but I'm wanting to move to cottonwood due to work and obligations there would have been nice to see the apartments online.
I have lived in these apartments for just about 8 months now they are very nice apartments and the staff are very nice and understanding.
Once nice but buildings/fixtures/etc. are aging poorly. There seems to be a general dysfunction between neighbors w/in complex, as well.
