Verdant Peachtree Creek

I am absolutely furious with the management of these apartments. I paid a $700 deposit, and it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received my money back. They basically stole it! 🤬 My entire time living here was a nightmare. The place is infested with rats that even come up into the apartments, the hallways are never cleaned, and the maintenance is a complete mess. Every time the AC broke, it took them a week to fix it, and then the following month they had the nerve to blame me and charge me for it. On top of that, my car was broken into in the parking lot, the window was smashed, and my personal belongings were stolen. I visited the apartment complex for a tour, the staff was helpful and answered all my questions we viewed the apartments and the grounds/ common spaces for the residents and I was impressed to see how clean and responsive it all looked. I will be signing my lease with them today. Now this came on the heels of looking at SEVERAL apartments around the metro area and non of them came close. Their transparency was impeccable so for that, I will be a new resident there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brianna and Nelly are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free, answering every question I had with patience and professionalism. On top of that, they’re both gorgeous and have such great energy — truly the leasing consultants to go through if you’re interested in an apartment home at The Verdant Peachtree Creek. Thank you both for making my experience such a great one!

It is the worst experience renting an apartment… I asked several times if I could apply with low credit (at that time) they assured me that IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM… and they made me pay the Application plus the Administrative Fees… they said that in 2 days they would have the approval and it took more than a week… they denied it just because of the credit… even with a score that had nothing to do with mine… plus they scammed me of $450… that implies that the advertising is misleading and that there is no credibility in what they say or assure… also that they will charge me the administrative fees of the CONTRACT due to the application??? that is very wrong!!! besides I wrote asking for an explanation and they never responded… TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! I would never recommend them…
