Vercanta Pleasanton Apartments

We recently had a hot water pipe leak underneath our apartment and we needed to be relocated to a very similar closeby vacant ground floor apartment for 5 days while our hallway floor was opened up and the leak repaired, and then the floor put back the way it was before. We took just what we needed for 5 days and had a little staycation in a different apartment. 😂 The job was completed on time and we moved back in only to find our toilets cleaned, bathtub cleaned, sinks cleaned, and even the microwave cleaned! Angelica and Kit had called in a cleaning company while we were still in the other apartment! Amazing! And Memo the on-site maintenance man and his crew did a fantastic job! The wife and I stayed at Vercanta 18 months in two different units. Angelica (the PM) was lenient, patient and candid in our dealings and interactions. Cristofer was hired later at vercanta and was also very polite. Management does everything by the book for the most part. Other than that it's a typical run of the mill corporate run apartment complex with the usual pros and cons. They operate via market rate. I will say that corporate lags behind the current market rate versus other corporate run apartment complexes. The park nearby is nice and so is the available shopping in the vicinity. the neighbors are nice. the units are solid and you can't hear your neighbors . The biggest bummer is no modernized HVAC systems so the AIR CON unit is in the wall and it's not very efficient. don't ch

Vercanta Pleasanton Apartments is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are modern and spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the community is well-maintained. The management team is friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Been living here for the past 6 months, wish I would have moved here sooner. The amenities alone make it worth while . Everyone at the main office is super friendly when I pass them on my way to the gym. This complex really has it all!

This my first time renting in an apartment complex and so far it had been really great. It has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Angelica was very welcoming and professional on my tour. Out of all the Appartments that I toured that day Angelica stood out the most and was one of the reasons I chose to live here at Vercanta. You can tell she works really hard to keep everyone happy and the establishment running smoothly. I really appreciate that. I've only been here for a couple weeks so far snd I'm really enjoying my stay.
