Great place to live! Affordable for everything that comes included. Washer & dryer in unit. Best part is the office staff. Very friendly and attentive to residents needs. Big Mike great guy for technical problem! But the leasing agent Ashley is a real life saver when it comes to billing issues or needs. I recommend any and every body to check them out

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I was so excited to move into this apartment when I did, and it was my worst renting experience so far. I lived on the second floor, under a maintenance EMPLOYEE of Verandas North, who was on hard drugs. Him and his wife were extremely loud, and would stomp on the floor at all hours of the night. One day I politely asked them to be a little quieter because I was pregnant and was not able to sleep because of them. They retaliated by jumping up and down so hard that the force of the jumps caused dishes in my sink to BREAK. They would also let their large dog pee on their balcony, so that it could fall on mine. Verandas North is the epitome of luxury and it’s definitely has that captivating aura to it when you enter the apartment buildings. It’s very clean inside, updated and has that modern, rich look! The white backdrop with the black and white fixtures, paired the the stainless steel appliances gives off that modern and luxurious touch and you have that tranquil feeling inside the apartments as you wonder around. It has that warm home feeling inside and I’m just at awe every time I open my door and enter the apartment. That was what sold me on it! In addition, the service of the property managers are A1! Terrible job of plowing and shoveling snow. I pay to have the outside done and upkeep at least shovel the entrance to the apartment complex so people can get in or out. Definitely don't recommend this place
