Verandas at Shavano Park

We recently moved into Verandas at Shavano Park Apartments, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth and welcoming the entire process has been. From the very beginning, Rachel Parise made everything feel effortless—she stayed in communication, answered every question, and made sure we were fully prepared for move-in day. Her professionalism and warmth truly set the tone for our experience. The apartment itself was clean, beautiful, and move-in ready when we arrived, which made settling in so much easier. The community feels safe, friendly, and well-maintained, and the staff has continued to be supportive and attentive even after the keys were handed over. I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. Aubrie was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions and made the tour feel comfortable and informative. The property itself was very clean and well maintained, which really stood out to me. The common areas and grounds looked well cared for, and the apartments were very nice. The layouts were appealing, and everything looked move-in ready. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and Aubrie did a great job representing the property. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here if you are looking for a new place to live.

The team is amazing, from the office staff to maintenance. Everyone is so helpful even with a language barrier in the middle. Raul was able to help me with all the information he could provide and pointed me to the right directions. Rachel and Ronnie are amazing and have been very helpful and polite in my visit at verandas at Shavano and now that Raul is there everything is so festive and decorative for the holidays.

raul with the leasing team was the best. he explained everything that needed to be explained didn’t leave anything out.this is my first time renting and i toured 10 other apartment complex nothing came close to match what verandas at shavano has to offer for the price . i have a two bed room two bath 980 square footage wifi is included.every other place i went to was way less square footage a lot were 500-700 square feet for almost double what verandas charge you definitely getting your moneys worth here . its 5 minutes away to utsa i can get to class real quick thank you raul
