Verandas at Alamo Ranch

First complex where I renewed my lease. Place has been great so far. Very quiet and peaceful! So close to an HEB which is a great plus. Maintenance is good & complex is very kept up😊 front staff is very welcoming & so helpful when you have a question! I recommend 100%

I came in with my family yesterday for a tour and Claire immediately made us feel at home. She provided an excellent tour, gave us history of the property and literally answered every question me and my family could think of! My son woke up during the tour and was very active, Claire remained patient with us while I got him situated. I’ve lived at my apartment complex for the past 5 years and don’t like moving. She guaranteed a smooth process. Her professionalism and business attire was on point. We honestly thought she was the property manager until I asked her and she said no, assistant manager. Verandas is an excellent community to live its always very clean and a nice place to relax and call home. The appartments always feel very safe when walking around at night. The best part for me is the maintenance always responds very fast and I really live and appreciate that. Overall this is the best place I have ever lived thank you for the best year looking forward tk the next.

I absolutely love living in this apartment complex. Desiree and Aaron are so professional and very understanding. I am so glad that they are the management team that represents the apartment complex. They really make you feel like family when you live here they always are doing things for the residence such as having different type of events that they plan throughout the year. They are always welcoming no matter what they keep the same attitude and are so down to earth.The apartment complex is absolutely very clean. I recently toured this apartment complex, and I had a positive experience. The staff was very welcoming throughout my visit. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Aaron in the front was really helpful in answering my questions and giving me all the information I needed.
