Verandah by Neal Communities

I’d like to share my recent experience. My wife and I listed our property for sale in Orlando, and to our surprise, it sold in just three days! After completing the inspection, we are set to close on June 27th. However, we found ourselves without a plan for where to live next. Our realtor recommended that I check out The Verandah this Sunday, mentioning that it was a fantastic place, but she wouldn’t be able to join due to other commitments. I reached out to Neal Properties to see if I could tour the models and the grounds based on her recommendation. Unfortunately, I had to leave a voicemail since no sales agents were available at the time. I do appreciate that they called me back, but the interaction left much to be desired. The representative sounded disinterested and didn’t ask about

Great gated community to live in Fort Myers. My pictures will say more than my words.

Verandah is a GORGEOUS community! Very conveniently located near Interstate 75, a short drive to downtown Fort Myers, yet it has an urban feel. It's very close to a Shopping Center with most everything you need, including banks, a Publix and a really good Italian restaurant. The community is gorgeous and their Club facilities, including the open air restaurant have a very warm, friendly atmosphere with lovely River views. Their indoor restaurant at the club has great lunch specials and very reasonable prices. Kayaking, golf, Fitness, and of course swimming pools. The homes are really pretty and quite well priced for the market. My clients are very happy with their new pool home in Verandah.

Upset! My neighbors and I have termites. It took 4 phone calls and 3 weeks for them to finally come out and do something. They got better but they’re not gone. I called 6 days ago and they said they’d talk to the exterminator and get back to me. Surprise surprise I haven’t heard a word. I guess I have to call 3 more times to get someone to finally come out once again. Meanwhile I find them crawling in my bed too😳. Very frustrated!
