😡😡😡 i'd rather pay extra and live a different place. Parking at this apartment is a constant problem. It’s first come, first serve, but residents who come home from work—especially late at night—often can’t find any parking at all. Management keeps saying they will fix the issue, but nothing changes. All they do is tape notices on doors instead of actually enforcing parking rules. There are many extra cars, out-of-state plates, old vehicles, and even cars with flat tires taking up spaces. If you work late shifts, graveyard shifts, or have more than one job, this place will make your life very stressful. This is one of the worst apartments I’ve lived in. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before moving here.

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the parking situation. I suggest that every apartment should be guaranteed at least one parking space. Currently, it seems like not every unit gets one, which doesn't feel fair. I've also noticed that some tenants have two or three cars, which makes the parking situation even more difficult for everyone else. If residents need extra parking, they should be required to pay for those additional spots. Additionally, I strongly recommend that management enforce proper parking rules. Cars that are double-parked or parked improperly should be towed to keep the lot safe and accessible for everyone. A more organized and fair system would really improve the experience here.

this incident happened yesterday when I was visiting some friends outside the apartment playing with their grandkids I have seen this woman before I know she never smiles looks grumpy all the time but yesterday was a little too much observed her in a loud discussion with a couple of tenants there about their cars. it appeared to me she was on a straight power Trip and clearly flexing her authority there she was addressing these people with utter disrespect. she's a beautiful Hawaiian woman but when she opens her mouth and says anything she's ugly straight to the Bone she has no business working with the community much less being a manager of a large apartment complex like this one I would never live here corporate needs to be a little bit more particular about who they have working with th

Where to begin😁 Lena G the office manager made me feel so comfortable when applying. I had been searching for quite some time and had about two weeks until my lease was up at my previous apartment, Lena got me in to meet the same day I phoned and from there everything went great, she was very responsive to all my questions, calls, and emails, the unit I viewed was practically perfect with new washer and dryer, new stove and dishwasher. Overall I was extremely pleased with her demeanor, kindness and efficiency as I was approved and moved in within the two week mark. My neighbors are quiet and there is plenty of parking not to mention maintenance is always available and quick to respond if needing anything. I would definitely recommend applying as this was the best experience I have had wi

Just want to confirm all these low reviews. I lived there for 5 years and it was a nightmare. The hill is very known for being impossible to drive up in the winter. You will miss work and be trapped in your home. Or you can walk up the steep hill where it is extremely icy and leave your car on the bottom where i have seen countless cars set on fire, graffitied, damaged, parts stolen. (Tires, doors) It is that bad. And let me tell you, it only takes a day or two after the car being down there. “Security” is a joke. I had my car broken into 3 times and stolen. Lost my job because of it. There were 3 cars stolen in one night. Gunshots almost every week. Several in the parking lot. People LOVE to blare music and have groups of friends over being loud and inconsiderate of others at allll t
