Vera on Broad

I've truly enjoyed my year at the Vera. The building is wonderfully quiet, and I feel safe here. Having Cup O Joe downstairs is incredibly convenient, and the quick maintenance services has been a great benefit. Additionally, the Vera's thoughtful gestures, like the occasional free breakfast and various things in the lobby, have made my experience even more delightful. Overall, my experience here has been great!

I’ve been here for 6 months in the original building. Management and maintenance is unlike any other. They are AMAZING… i’ve heard so many horror stories of bad management and slow maintenance. Not here!! Not to mention living downtown has its issues of safety, but Vera makes you feel so safe. All doors and elevators are locked unless you’re a resident with access. I wish I could give this apartment complex more than 5 stars.

I have lived here 10 months now and had a transition of property management, the old manager was great and even the transition to our new manager, Joe, is also fantastic. The staff here is extremely responsive, if you place an emergency work order, you can expect contact within the day, if it's a normal order, at least a 48 hour period max for it to be resolved. The mailroom was a huge concern when looking for an apartment, but there has been no issues with lost mail here. I highly suggest considering this place as a future home, you are in the middle of everything, it's a secure building, parking garage available, and very affordable given the area. The quality beats the price.

My partner and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far we absolutely love it here. The leasing office staff are just fantastic and super friendly and we’ve had no issues with neighbors at all. Wish we had ventilation for cooking, but besides that? It’s been great so far!

Vera is an awesome place to live! I’ve had the pleasure of living here for two years, and it’s been run by the best leasing managers around. They were able to take over after the previous management messed up my lease and deposits. Jim with RW helped to assuage my concerns after signing, and ensured that things would go smoothly from there on out—and he absolutely kept that promise! Since then, I’ve been able to enjoy a clean and new apartment that’s in the heart of Columbus, while being pet-friendly and in a great neighborhood. The leasing managers have always been extremely attentive and communicative, and it’s such a relief to be able to trust them to keep Vera a wonderful place to live. Absolutely check them out if you’re thinking of leasing!
