I’d like to share my honest experience. The front office staff (especially Natalie and the newer staff member) were always kind and welcoming. I also appreciated the monthly newsletters and community events. The interior of the apartments are spacious, pretty, and up to date. However, the major issue that led to my early lease termination was continuous noise from my upstairs neighbors. From April onward, there was persistent stomping, loud impacts, yelling, and late night disturbances that frequently woke up me and my toddler. The first time I reported this to Lisa, the manager, her response was "remember this is a family community" - making me feel like my issues were nothing. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management at this apartment community is completely unprofessional and seems to have no understanding of fair housing laws. They issue violations for everything, even when residents haven’t done anything wrong. It’s clear they treat certain individuals unfairly, and it honestly feels like they discriminate against families with children and people who have pets. When something is brought to management’s attention, they are nowhere close to being professional about it. The manager is rude, loves to argue, and has no sense of customer service or respect for residents. This review is long overdue, and it speaks good words about this apartment complex. I recently renewed my lease here at Vera, so that should let you know this review is going to be a positive one, God-willing. After staying here for a full year, I was offered the option of renewing for another four months as a shorter term lease at my same apartment unit. This was a great option for my needs. Staff is absolutely wonderful. This apartment complex is a great community to be a part of. I have nothing but good words for Vera and its management. Do not rent here !! This place is made out to be beautiful but very cheaply made; it falls apart and management is terrible with everything! Anywhere from allowing illegal activity to not keeping safety a priority! They do not care about tenants and will issue baseless accusations and violations!!! If you call the police because someone does something to you, they give you a violation! So many more ridiculous things they go after! My first month my package from SHEIN was kept by them.. they said it was never delivered afterwards I got the proof picture taken by fedex and they eventually gave it to me.. it was so many other things then they evicted me and hit me with an absurd collections bill… STAY away because they are money hungry!!!!

Great place to live, It's a growing community here. Many extra activities for the children & Adults. The Apts are beautiful inside, I'm going on the end of three years here and still love my apt as the first day. The staff is friendly and there if you need any repairs or help with something. I'm grateful I live here and hope for many more years to come.
