Venue at 8651 Apartments

They are very customer friendly. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. Always receive me with a smile. Help me out with filling out the forms that they send out because I at times do not do well in filling them out. The maintenance guys have done so well at coming over the next day to fix whatever I have needed done. I have been here for three months and I just can't complain at all. From the first day that I have been here they have been very helpful. I love that this apartment is close to many things that I did not have at the other apartment complex. Like for groceries, shopping, theater, banking, it is a nice apartment complex to be at for me.

Lived here 1 year. The ladies at the front office are terrible and not knowledgeable when it comes to bill payments/moving out fees. They just refer you to email their 3rd party vendor. Heather has bad customer service. & the office Manager Kimberly Medina are useless. Tryna charge all these move out fees. When we left the apt super clean. Ridiculous.

Where to begin…first, these apartments are in a very sketchy area. There were constant homeless walking around the complex, as the gates didn’t close. We’ve had our car broken into, one of the buildings was attempted to set on fire by someone, a guy walking around the property waving a knife around, the list goes on. Most of our neighbors were constantly smoking weed that we could smell in and out of our apartment, loud cars that would rev their engines up at all hours, the smaller pool was filthy and green, the dog park was filled with dog poop. A member of the front staff was less than helpful when we moved in and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered by us, which should’ve been our first red flag. Put in a service request, Rito was there in less than 10 minutes & had my issues fixed within 5 minutes. He’s great! Also, Heather in the office is GREAT! She helped me with an issue in a timely manner & was very nice, friendly, attentive & professional. I’ve lived here almost two years, & I love it.

Rito did an outstanding job of taking care of my requests and making sure that everything was working as it should. I appreciate that he took the time to explain exactly what the problem was with my commode. He's always professional and courteous.
