Joanna at Venture Property Management has been truly amazing to me. I needed to find somewhere quick for my two daughter’s and I to move and she did everything possible to help us. She found us the cutest two bedroom apartment right in my price range. She took her time and really listened to what our needs were and made the process so quick and easy, we were able to move in two weeks from the day I called her. Not only did she find us our home, but she has called and checked up on me since moving to make sure that everything is working good in our new home and to see if we have any repairs that need to be taken care of which really has meant a lot to me. Hello everyone, Yes I'm giving 5 stars ( 10 if I could ). Joanna has gone above and beyond to help my family find our new home. Joanna was helping my family get into a 3 bedroom at 5619 pitt . The owners of the home said yes we had the house 3 different times just to change their minds over and over . It was the worst emotionally draining deal we've gone through. But, no matter the moment and everything that went on, Joanna stayed true to her heart and job and is still being an amazing person. If you were looking for a property management company, to rent a house from, Ventura Properties is who you want to use! We were living in a beautiful home that we were renting from Ventura Properties, and the owner decided to sell. Giving us a short amount of time find a home that would accommodate my large family.
