Venture Apartments in Tech Center

Edit: I added photo proof since “they care about parking”. If I could give zero stars I would. I will start by urging others to take into account that most of this apartments top reviews are from people who are TOURING the complex, they do not live there, something is SEVERELY off with that, who is going to give an apartment complex 5 stars when they have never even lived there and why is it all about the same person??? Okay now let me get started, the plsce is an absolute mess. There is no parking enforcement whatsoever so you will be paying 2k in rent and never have anywhere to park, EVER. The covered spots blow the ceiling paint allll over your car for $50 a month, so unless you really like car washes that’s not an option. The staff are the laziest most unhelpful people I have ever had

My experience of living here over the past two years has been overwhelmingly positive. Having lived in all seven cities comprising the Hampton Roads area, I can tell you this is an awesome combination of solid pricing and luxury offered by the Venture. Furthermore, the staff is consistently remarkable, so considerate and professional. I ran into Tiffany of the staff the other day and she was such a joy to speak to! Wow!!! I took a tour of the new Venture Apartment property and I am truly impressed! The apartments are very nicely laid out, have a lot of storage and closet space, and the property has tons of amenities. Among the amenities that Venture boasts are: a lovely salt water swimming pool - complete with cabanas, a very nice outdoor grilling area, a very nice outdoor kitchen area, a clubhouse, a fitness center, an indoor pet washing area, and more! I took a lot of pictures, so be sure to give them a look! This is a really awesome property!!! I would reccomend this apartment to anyone looking to lease something pet friendly, yet quite upscale.

We met with Tiffani who was so nice and helpful! She explained everything, answered all of our many questions, showed us the model apartment and all of the ins and outs. She also helped provide local information about living in the area and offered to look into a few things we had questions about. The apartment and the complex are clean and quiet and exceeded my expectations!

I feel like I’ve been living in a construction site the past year… a very expensive construction site. It’s become rare for me to not be woken up by a handsaw or loud hammering on my wall. If I had health complications I wouldn’t be suprised if I had a stroke from the stress of being woken up almost every day of the week by loud vehicles, banging like I’ve never heard before, or what I’d think it would sound like to live under a table saw thats used every morning at 8 or 9am, the floor under me quite literally vibrates. This labor crew has to be taking their time, I’ve left my building several times just to see them standing around, rain or shine, and I’ll come back from shopping for 2 hours; still standing around, and a siding project, all weather and wood curing included, has no place ta
