I moved out in January and left the apartment in excellent condition. I have made repeated attempts to get my security deposit back and Ventron Management has been completely unreachable or evasive every step of the way. Their leasing staff told me the deposit was “released,” yet I never received a cent. No follow-up. No proof. No accountability. This company behaves like slumlords — unresponsive, unethical, and indifferent to tenants’ rights. I am done being ignored: I will be sending them a certified letter demanding my deposit and I am fully prepared to take legal action (small claims or otherwise) to get my money back. I’m at the park at east Ponce. The assistant manager, Natasha Chevannes came to my unit because of my rent being late which I was communicated to her. She was beating on the door, very threatening, like scared my daughter to death . Even the neighbors from across the hall came out to see what was going on the way she was beating on the door. When my daughter came to the door, she questioned her like why I haven’t paid my rent . My daughter. Explain to her. She’s going to be late because she has to wait on her next check .. she told my daughter that she needs to learn from this experience and not to be late with her rent when she get older. ,Today I arrived home to find my door was left unlocked by maintenance after changing the hvac filter. I come home put my key in the door and immediately notice my door is already unlocked. WhenI left home this morning it was locked; i double check my door as a precaution for myself. So I know I didn’t leave it unlocked. Upon noticing my home unlocked i immediately bust in to see what’s going on; see who’s been in my home, what’s missing out of place. I then go upstairs and look around and notice a trail of debris and dirt coming from my hvac closet. I then notice the hvac filter was just changed/ brand new and I didn’t request one. So we all feel the same way about this company. They took 500 dollars of my money. I gave east point perimeter apartments a 500 dollar deposit. They put it in the mailbox and sent it to a address I no longer live at. They refuse to cut me another check. Getting my 500 back should be fun!

They make you pay an application fee of $75 and admin fee of $165 when you apply for an apartment but if get denied you get nothing back . I understand them keeping the application fee but why not give back the admin fee. Y'all probably do this to over half of the potential tenants. That's robbery!!!!
