Mold at Calais Midtown. (APT1219 now charging $100 extra to rent on March 3, 2026) I would personally tell all my friends and family to stay away. Not a huge issue for me as I use stairs but elevator stops working at least once a month for a good week at a time. Was really hoping this would be the right place as it’s close to work, only good thing about these apartments is feng cha! I was given the apartment in a nasty condition as shown in some pics and made it better by asking the maintenance to fix everything which took nearly 10 months for everything to get fixed, now they’re stressing about move out costs lol

Became suicidal after moving into one of their apartments in Orange Park, FL! I had ideations so bad that I ended up homeless. I haven’t been able to forward my mail because I have no home. The noise and disruptions constantly is unheard of anything I’ve ever endured. With over 300 recording, break downs, contacting them, calling the security office, talking with the ppl upstairs, piles and piles of evidence they just gaslight you. You should expect noise with apt living they said. I’ve lived in 4 other apt in my lifetime with a total of 9 years and NEVER have I ever. I didn’t have a good night sleep the entire time I lived in that apt. Was receiving iv infused treatments because of the panic attacks and anxiety I suffered from. They do absolutely NOTHING about it, and dismiss your issues

Extremely Disappointed with Westover Oaks Apartments – Ongoing Noise Issue & Poor Management Response This is my third month living at Westover Oaks, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. When I first applied for the apartment, I specifically asked the manager for a quiet unit because I was moving from a previous apartment complex (Vollara) where I never had peace due to constant noise. I explained clearly that I am a student who also works two jobs, and I have a child who needs rest for school. I usually study late into the night and sleep around 3 AM. I made it very clear that I needed a peaceful unit. Despite this, they placed me directly across from the dog park, without informing me beforehand. The retreat of Kedron in peachtree city, GA management has been very difficult to work with. Never cleaned the apartment before move in and overall experience was poor. As an option for our corporate housing, I will be advising to remove them from the list for our domestic and international employees, which is a shame because the proximity to the office is great. Not worth the headache though.

My wife and I have had an excellent experience with Venterra Living, and a huge part of that is thanks to Charlotte. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process, answering every question with confidence and expertise.
