Janely and Shanice are 10/10 employees here. i was having trouble figuring out my rent and they had an important meeting but instead helped me get figured out and situated. i truly appreciated their help. any time i have an issue these two will drop what they’re doing to help their residents. not many apartments have people who care like this. definitely feel better knowing those two are in the front office handling things!!!

Ventana Ranch Apartments have been great since living here. Office staff are great, personable and very pleasant to talk to. Anything that needed to be fixed, got done. Staff all around has been wonderful and am happy to be here.

Ventana Ranch Apartments: A Disappointing Experience Initially, Ventana Ranch Apartments seemed promising, but our experience has significantly declined over the past year. The AC unit in our apartment has been a persistent issue, particularly the RC, which has been broken for nearly two weeks. Despite multiple visits from maintenance personnel, no effective repairs have been made. The temporary portable units provided have failed to adequately cool the space, leaving the apartment consistently at an uncomfortable 80 degrees. The high PNM bill of around $230 is a direct result of the malfunctioning AC, and the management's response has been unsatisfactory. For living on my own for first time ever I might have chosen a great location. People can say what they want about this complex and the people but it has been amazing being here. They had helped me out in so many ways. They are all professional, kind, and they do care about the tenants they just have so much on their plates. And they still help everyone. They are doing their best. I love talking to the people on the office because I leave with a smile on my face. And I'm glad to be in a safe environment. And from reading other reviews it show that some don't listen to what they tell us when we sign the lease.
