Ventana Palms

The management at ventana gonepalms have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I'm a homeless veteran, and Julie and Carmine have gone far beyond any expectations that I had when it comes to apartment management. If it wasn't for these two girls, I would be in the street. I have been here a year, and was hospitalized 5 of those months. Not one time did I have to worry about apt or my belongings. When I returned home, everything was as I left it. I recommend this property to all. Management will go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

We have lived here for over a year and I love it! Jasmine and Carmen in the office are soooo nice, and they always have fun stuff happening for the kids in the complex. I love having the townhouse apartment. The pool is so relaxing too.

Jasmine is the sweetest manager I've ever had, She is very understanding and listens to me when i need something addressed. Couldn't ask for a better manager. The balloons are so cute!

I’ve been here since October and I’ve honestly had a great experience. Especially with the office manager, Santos, she has been amazing and very timely with helping me out. And the maintenance man is always on point and very friendly!!

If I could I would give 0 stars First of all I regret moving into these apartments the only reason I move into these apartments because it said 6 weeks free the special that these apartments were offering,so I move in August, I requested a work order for my washer to get fix And 3 weeks later maintenance comes supposed said they needed a piece to order to fix my washer..waited another two days went to the office and told them ,hey my washer hasn't been fix what's is going on Carmen in front office check it out and she said well its says it's been fix ..I was like what the heck are you kidding me nothing has been fix here It seems like maintenance are just plain LAZY or just didn't want to fix it..So Carmen said come Monday to speak with the supervisor so I did, turns out she's wasn't even
