Ventana at Northlake

I was looking for a great apartment complex to make home and I found it. The process was really easy and my leasing consultant Patricia walked me through every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs providing both cons and pros for what I was looking for. I am always greeted with a warm smile and positive attitude no matter the hundreds of questions I had.I would definitely recommend this place. Great staff and amenities!

The 5 stars are not just for the complex, which is beautiful, but also for the staff in the front office. Allie is truly a wonderful asset to the complex! From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure questions and/or concerns are fully addressed! Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service make a difference in creating a welcoming and well-run community and because of her, I’d recommend this property to anyone!

I moved into my apartment in October, and I love it. These ladies (office staff) are amazing! Whenever I visit the office, the ladies greet me with smiles and call me by name. Each month, they organize a community involvement celebration, which is great for the children as well, allowing us to connect with our neighbors, and they express their gratitude to us for just being tenants. These events are always so much fun! The maintenance crew is fantastic too. Every time I come home, I see someone cleaning, blowing leaves, or addressing service requests. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Ventana for all their hard work and, most importantly, for the way they approach their jobs. Thanks! I’m currently looking for a new apartment and I was driving by and decided to stop. Patricia was on her way out for lunch and she didn’t go because she stayed to take me on a tour. The apartment is kind of small and doesn’t have trash services, however Patricia definitely sold me! She was very professional and polite. She explained everything and answered all of my questions, as well as emails! Thank you so much, Patricia!

The apartments are well kept, and the grounds are always beautiful. You can tell the management takes pride in the community. Alexandria (Allie) is always so professional, kind, and helpful. She goes out of her way to extend exceptional customer service to the residents. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.
