One of the worst places I've ever lived. Roaches were infested at move in, every maintenance and pest control request I enter gets marked as completed and nothing gets fixed or flat out ignored. The leasing agent lied to my face twice about putting my unit on pest control books, so I ordered the stuff and did it myself. They repaved the parking lot- but did not provide any parking for residents while it was closed off, resulting in my car being towed for parking in the only open corner of the entire complex despite my car being registered appropriately. I have fixed my own plumbing fixtures in the unit repeatedly, I fix my light fixtures, I have hammered nails down that were sticking up to hold the carpet in place, I have put the drawers back together and cabinet doors onto the walls becau

I live in the adjacent property with the unlucky view into this community. Their residents, employees, and guests use the area nearby as a dumping ground for trash, late night club, and public toilets. I have had to call the police almost weekly to have them come out at 3-4am to get loud parties and music shut down. The management seems less than receptive to receive my complaints and I now feel it necessary to let the public know.

If I could give zero stars I would... it has been nothing but hell since I moved into these apartments. Even before I moved in... first of all my apartment that I originally was supposed to be in wasn't ready on the date they said it would be. So they put me in a more expensive unit. Then when I moved in, the toilet was filthy with urine stains from the previous owner, the sink was also stained.... the people in the office NEVER answer the phone. I also had a love seat that I had on my patio that I was asked to remove or be fined. Meanwhile almost every other resident here has multiple fire hazards, trash and debris that still remains. (It makes me feel like I am being singled out because I am the only black person here)... I also have been here for a month now and still haven't received a

The leasing office staff has been fantastic to work with. The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They made the entire leasing process easy and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service!

This is my first apartment and I love it here! The community is strong and I feel safe walking around. Neighbors are friendly, staff is very helpful , and Maintenance responds within 24-48 hours.They even offer free community events that are good for the adults and kids. A great place for people living alone or with a family!
