Dishonest billing. 1500 startup fees and 750 a month for managing a building with only 1 unit occupied paying 2650 base rent. Bills for illegal fence not on property. not on the lease, under threat of lockout. They dont send monthly statements for months at a time and bogus charges when they do, after being threatened if 1 day late on rent then lockout.

Called the office twice left vm and no response. Had to go on Linkedin to inquire. Was not taken serious by current junior Associate. I am an agent myself in the east valley but lack experience in commercial. I was looking for commercial representation.
