Absolutely horrendous. They sold our mortgage and then didn't inform the next mortgage company of our insurance information and resulted in us getting our home insurance policy being cancelled. NEVER EVER AGAIN. They won't keep your mortgage around long, so don't bother even doing business with them in the first place. This has NEVER happened to us before. Awful.
