Has to be the worst landlord i have ever had. They don't care about tenants they want money only. If you ask for maintance on the house they charge for trying to keep THEIR house in order. Very weird 10 out of 10 would recommend to never use this reality company. You would be better off talking to dogs about real estate.

I was and am, extremely happy with Michael Fahey of this real estate firm. Coming from California was tough and I'm no "spring chick". He made the whole buying experience a great learning experience, was kind, patient and tolerant beyond words. In fact? There are NO WORDS to describe this wonderful guy who is clearly, on "top" of the market. I'll just leave this review at that...He is a rare breed in the realty world in my opinion.

This company is a scam. After taking our nonrefundable CASH deposit, and then denying us for "insufficient records and payment history", Although they never even ran our credit or gave a reason after i asked. Our realtor called immediately the next day asking for the reason, and she was quickly hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Aubrey is the best. Sometimes management companies are scary and find ways to rob their tenants. VPR does not! They are good humans, and you can trust them.

Pretty great office! Everyone was professional and handled all of our paperwork efficiently. Most of the disgruntled people we saw come into the office were just mad they didnt get approved for legitimate reasons.
