The unprofessionalism of this realty group is shameful. After running into a property that was first come first serve and being 100% transparent about having poor credit, we offered a second down deposit through our real estate agent and she was told that it was perfectly fine. Fast forward 2 weeks later I happen to look on the portal and see that the place has been rented. I reach out to the real estate agent who had not been contacted, and look through my emails and voicemails to double check if I missed anything. It wasn’t until my real estate agent reached out to them that we were told we were denied and surprise…. The reason is due to credit. We wasted application fees on a place that had no intention of keeping their word. Just wanted to leave this response for anybody who does not

We have been working with Jack for almost ten years, and his property management company has been very responsive and doing a great job. If the tenants have any issues, they will contact us immediately and provide some solutions. I would highly recommend it if you ever need someone to take care of your properties in Las Vegas.

Vegas Market Source Realty manages multiple rental units for us and they do a terrific job. They address issues with the tenants quickly (e.g. repairs) and they use vendors who do not overcharge for their work. Importantly, they do a great job screening tenants and we have not had any issues with any of the tenants that they secured for us. I recommend them highly.
