Vantage Point Condominiums

Where do I start? I have been here 3 weeks.The walls are paper thin and I can follow the person walking around upstairs while sitting on my couch. This place was never set up to be dog friendly. There is nowhere to walk your dog except the hot pavement of the parking lot since it’s surrounded by retention ponds or the ankle deep grass by the water and risk snakes and alligators. Today my roof began leaking water from upstairs due to maintenance not fixing the original problem but putting a band-aid on it. During move-in, a/c blowing hot air after yelling and screaming, finally a real a/c person came and fixed it 3 days later. Never heard a word from management, who happens to be the owners, only the maintenance guy. My two large burners on my range top still can’t be used, they immediately

Loved living there for past 18 months - quiet, safe and grounds well maintained. Pool are awesome and so convenient to get to Tampa or downtown St Pete

after over a YEAR of begging the office (specifically lisa) to do something about the off leash dog problem, my dog was severely attacked by a dog not on its leash and is currently fighting for his life. i am destroyed and in awe of the negligence of this place.

I have been renting here for a couple of months and management is great. Laurie and Lisa have resolved any issues I’ve had immediately and they are super understanding. Definitely the nicest property management I have encountered in the past seven years.
