Vantage at Spring Creek Apartments

They are fortunate to have such a good and personable, yet professional leasing person named Emma Johnson. She went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent customer service skills that should be replicated by all employees! Facilities are safe, secure and close to Central Expressway. Great trails to walk or run and the amenities are wonderful! One of the nicest common areas I have seen. Just wish swimming pool was heated. It would be great for us lap swimmers but not in January!

I had an excellent experience working with Emma. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the entire leasing process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Emma.

I love the access to the trail and the well-equipped gym. The lounge and hallways feel upscale, and the location is safe and quiet. Maintenance was inconsistent during my stay, the pool, lounge, and business room were closed for leakage repairs, and the garage gate and elevator were frequently down for several months. First-floor units near the trail may experience insects. Overall, it’s a beautiful building in a great location with excellent amenities, but occasional maintenance issues are something to keep in mind.

Grateful that I just moved in to Vantage at Spring Creek. It is in a great location for me, right in the middle of bike path heaven and also many park areas, while also a short walk from the Dart Rail. Jordan helped show me the perfect apartment and also patently got me through the leasing process. Aaron then nicely helped me on moving day to make sure everything went smoothly. Matt then also helped me kindly get set up with the various apps needed. I also had I few small maintenance request that were taken care of in less than 24 hours. Anyway thanks to everyone even those behind the scenes that made my move in easy. I am very thankful that I made the decision to move here

This is a wonderful community and I have not one complaint. Moves there in July and it’s been great. Aaron is an asset! I’d hire him any day to work on my community! Go see him, you will not regret it. It’s hard to find a place in DFW area that has genuine , true, caring, that listens to your wants and what’s important to you. You will find that with Aaron!
