Vantage at Loveland

My family has never lived in an apartment and have heard horror stories of renting, but we have had the BEST experience so far. Not only is the property clean, great pool, and amazing outdoor scenery nearby, the management is honest, quick to communicate, and great makes the process seamless from start to finish. Alan is the manager and you can tell he really cares about the property and the management. We feel very blessed to be living here and are grateful we chose this apartment complex for us and our boys!

I've lived here just over a month now and couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is amazing but I have to give a shout-out to Rachel and Jacob, they've helped me out multiple times, are always super friendly, and host some great community events! The units have a sleek modern look and new appliances, my third floor apartment feels like my penthouse sanctuary lol. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the other tenants, all my neighbors are courteous and respectful, and the ones I've met at social gatherings have been a pleasure to kick back and have a beer with. I have lived here for 9 months and have really enjoyed it. Allen and Jacob from the office have been very helpful and easy to reach with questions. The location is fantastic, there’s a great paved walking trail around the back, and the pool/gym are really nice. The community is safe and the in unit washer/dryer is super convenient!

⚠️ Think twice before renting here. Alexandra was rude during our tour, which should have been a red flag. Rachel was great and the only positive experience so far. Management does not communicate—different managers give different answers, which is incredibly frustrating. The flooring in my unit started coming up within the first week. Landscaping is poorly maintained if you have a yard, and trash is frequently left around the property. Parking is terrible and consistently a problem. There also appears to be a water quality issue, my toilet constantly grows mold no matter how often i clean it. The pool is nice, but that’s about it. Overall, poor management, bad parking, and lack of upkeep make this place hard to recommend.

We recently moved here from Las Vegas. The people are amazing compared to Vegas! It has been nice to let down our guard a bit in Colorado as compared to Vegas where you must always be on alert in the areas not on the strip. The apartments are new and very clean. We like the way they are laid out. The staff have addressed any issue we have had immediately and very professionally. We appreciate them and we appreciate their support recently of breast cancer awareness. They provide many opportunities for social events and we appreciate that as well.
