The reason why I am writing this is because with the staff of the new administration it is impossible to solve absolutely anything. I lived in these apartments for two years renewing the contract without any problem. During that time I never had complaints either with the previous administration or with their workers. In September 2025, when it was up to me to renew again, I found a new administration and new staff completely disorganized, who instead of solving problems, just create them. They do not know how to handle the basic processes or give clear answers. They promised me several things to renew the contract and I requested maintenance for my unit, since I had been living there for two years. They never gave me an answer. Amazing place! For being my first apartment of my own its an amazing start. It was hard at first, starting from scratch but management and Ms. Dowlen & the Front office have been very nice and friendly and made everything very smooth. When i had issues they were very nice about it and very empathic, adding quick to help. Neighbors are nice, the pool is amazing too! Is also very very clean, I’ve never seen any roaches or anything in my apartment or surroundings. Its also very important that u can call it a safe place,i have a happy heart to be able to call this place MY HOME. I love my apt. And i wouldn’t change being this my first apt, such a great experience!!!

This is the absolute worst place to live. Do not live here unless you want to have your address and information sold by them to scammers who send you emails about how you somehow still pay rent there and owe over 20 thousand dollars in utilities. Management is terrible, ask them how long they’ve been there for. Most likely less than a year bc they are constantly switching up management and adding new ways to fine and suck you dry for your last dollar. Thanks have a great day and save yourself the stress of not wanting to come back to your terrible apartment complex.

Generally had a pretty bad experience with cleanliness of the complex as a whole while staying there. Mainly pet waste. Biggest issue of all is lack of communication with management. I have called over 50 times, left emails, voicemails, etc. I have received no response. All I want to do is pay my final payment and be done. I can not even do that. I now have worries they will try and send this to collections with no attempts to collect. To conclude, this is a very poorly ran, but pretty nice apartments. The headache is not worth it to me. Was also told I made too much to live there after my lease ended. Kinda crazy. ***UPDATE*** Finally got through to someone. They appeared to not be able to hear me over the phone. Now I can not get a hold of anyone again. I swear this was intentional.

I moved in recently and I love my apartment and how spacious it is! I also love how quiet the community is. Like during the day (more so on the weekends), you can see and hear people living their lives or enjoying the pool but as someone who works from home, it was important to me to find a place where noise wouldn’t be an issue and I think I’ve achieved that! The front desk staff and the maintenance crew are so nice, I hope they stay for years because I plan on being here for as long as God permits me to enjoy this home. :) ❤️ and l moved from out-of-state yall so the fact that I feel like I landed somewhere I can call home is such a blessing 🥹
