Came highly recommended. Met with an agent and she really seemed to be on top of her game. She worked and got us qualified for enough to purchase home we were looking at and we made an offer. Offer was excepted. Tried to contact her to move forward and never heard from her again. We got abandoned no explenation just refused to communicate. NOthing worse than to be given hope and then yank it from you. Mortgage lenders are a dime a dozen. Just hope we don't find another as unprofessional as VanDyk
