Vanderbilt Lodge Apartments

What can I say about these apartments? I moved here back in August blindly I might add. And I was very afraid of what I might receive or see but surprisingly my apartment was perfect. Two bedroom 2 and a half bathroom townhome on the 2nd floor. Office staff has always been accommodating and on top of repairs with everything. Obviously places have their problems but anytime you mentioned a problem to Mr. Charles the property manager he always made sure he resolved it or hired someone who could resolve it. It’s such a friendly atmosphere and honestly I feel safe with knowing they are on top of things the minute you mentioned it. I would say you couldn’t find a better place to stay. I have been living here about 4 years. The thing I like best is the staff(new manager is awesome ), they have options for rent ,dog friendly,covered parking and convenient location. Inside the apartments are nice (not the paper thin walls like newer builds lol) They also have some unique floorplans like townhouses and the rent is not bad ...plus they are still making improvements...

I had to edit my last response since I couldn't give a new response as of 11/18/2025. I can say this that property has been trying to fix things around here. There are still some things that needs to be fixed. I'm paying my rent every month but don't have access to the Gym. When I asked the property manager Charles about it, he stated it can only be opened during business hours, which isn't true. If I'm paying extra for the amenities, I should be able to use the gym whenever I want. They are really bad about responding to your requests, I've been asking for black appliances for 2 years now and have not received any responses. My rent increases every month, they have added fees I've NEVER heard about and definitely wasn't in my initial lease almost 3 years ago. I'm not happy with the commun

The prices everywhere are high! But this community here i enjoy living in it its quiet and secluded. Their prices are decent but I rarely have maintenance issues. Management is nice and they try their best to keep the community clean. I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND A play area for the children since this is a community with alot of kids.

As someone who moved in blindly from another part of the states ... I can honestly say, I LOVE IT HERE. I haven't had any issues since I've been here other than your normal noisy upstairs neighbors . Both Andrea & Linda are AMAZING! They are super sweet & handle all your issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend moving here 💜 UPDATE: 10 months later . These apartments are HORRIBLE. The one star is for the maintenance man who always comes & fixes my minor problems in a timely manner , he's great & so nice!
